Luritja language, is spoken every day by about 2000 people in Central Australia. Most speakers live North-West from Alice Springs, spreading to the Western Australian border. Luritja -speaking communities include Papunya, Haasts Bluff, Mt Liebig, Browns Bore and Kintore.
